Journey Early Learning is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our leadership team at St Albans. This is your opportunity to help shape a purpose-built centre and create a learning environment where every child can thrive.

🌿 About Our Centre

Our St Albans centre is a welcoming and inclusive environment supporting up to 130 children from birth to five years. Since opening in late 2025, we’ve been building a strong sense of community — where meaningful relationships with children, families, and educators sit at the heart of everything we do.

🌱 Your Impact

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll play a key role in shaping children’s learning journeys through intentional teaching and inspiring programs.

Working closely with the Centre Manager, Educational Leader, and wider team, you will help create a culture of quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time or permanent part-time opportunity, Monday to Friday.

You’re a reflective and passionate teacher who is driven to make a meaningful difference. You bring curiosity, empathy, and a genuine love for learning into everything you do.

What you’ll bring:

• ACECQA-approved Bachelor, Master’s, or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Current VIT registration
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Confidence in programming, documentation, and assessment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
