Casual Childcare Educator | Nightcliff

About the Role

We’re building a casual educator pool at our Nightcliff centre and are looking for enthusiastic, adaptable educators who enjoy flexibility and variety. This role offers the opportunity to support across all rooms and age groups, making it ideal if you love learning, growing your experience, and being part of a dynamic team.

As a Casual Educator with Journey Early Learning, you’ll play a valued role in supporting children’s learning and wellbeing while gaining experience that can open pathways into permanent employment.

What You’ll Do

• Support engaging learning experiences
• Provide attentive care and foster a safe, nurturing environment for all children
• Work collaboratively with educators to support daily routines and learning
• Be flexible and responsive to centre needs
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing at all times

About You

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or higher
• Comfortable supporting across different rooms and age groups
• A positive, reliable team player who enjoys a variety of work
• Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
