We're looking for warm, flexible, and enthusiastic educators to support our Riverhills team on a casual basis. This role offers the perfect mix of flexibility and opportunity of shifts across the week, giving you variety and the chance to build skills across multiple age groups and environments.

As a Casual Educator with Journey, you’ll support daily routines, build positive relationships, and step in where you’re needed most. Each day brings new learning opportunities, new experiences, and a supportive team to welcome you.

Tucked beneath tall trees in a quiet Riverhills street, our 52‑place centre offers a calm, nurturing environment from nursery to kindergarten. Our passionate educators create a true home away from home, where wellbeing, connection and nature-based learning are at the heart of every day. Children slow down around the fire, explore the hills and engage all their senses in natural surroundings. Supported by an inspiring leadership team, educators are encouraged to grow and build their careers.

💛 About You

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Reliable, positive, and confident working across different rooms
• Passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing
• Strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid certificates
