Journey Early Learning Brisbane Airport is looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our established 75-place centre.

We're looking for a people-focused leader who loves developing their team, building meaningful relationships and creating a positive centre culture where children, families and educators thrive.

With an out-of-ratio leadership model and the support of our wider Journey network, you'll have the autonomy, time and support to lead with confidence and make a genuine difference.

As Centre Manager, you'll:

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Build a positive centre culture and strong family connections
• Drive educational quality and continuous improvement
• Oversee budgets, rostering, occupancy and centre performance
• Ensure compliance with the NQF, NQS and safeguarding requirements
• Work closely with your Centre Quality Manager and wider support teams

💛 About You

We're looking for a confident, approachable leader who is passionate about people and quality early learning.

You'll bring:

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous Centre Manager experience or strong Assistant Centre Manager leadership experience
• Proven leadership and operational management skills
• Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant First Aid qualifications
• Completed National Child Safety Training
