Early Childhood Teacher | Ballarat Region

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm and welcoming team. In this role, you'll lead the development and delivery of an engaging kindergarten program that supports children’s learning and lays the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity.

This is a permanent fulltime position across Monday to Friday in our Kinder room.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement high-quality, play-based educational programs
• Create environments that foster learning, curiosity, and emotional development
• Observe and document children’s progress
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and the local community
• Collaborate closely with a passionate and supportive team
• Contribute to community projects and events

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
• Confidence using digital tools to support planning and documentation
