⭐ Educational Leader | Corinda
We’re looking for an experienced Educational Leader to join our Corinda centre and play a key role in guiding, mentoring, and uplifting practice across the service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being present on the floor, supporting teams in the moment, and shaping meaningful learning experiences for children.

Our centre has established strong ties and a significant presence in the Corinda community, largely due to the children's input in decision-making processes within the centre. This is a result of our commitment to our Journey approach to education and care and our centre vision not only enhances the children's development but also strengthens our community bonds, as families see their children thrive in an environment that respects and celebrates individuality.
⭐ About the Role
As our Educational Leader, you’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to strengthen pedagogy and support educators to grow with confidence and clarity.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) and includes:

15 hours per week off the floor

5 hours per week dedicated mentoring time within rooms

Remaining hours spent on the floor and in ratio, modelling best practice and supporting educators in real time
You’ll be a visible, trusted presence in the centre—someone educators can turn to for guidance, reflection, and reassurance.
🌱 Key Responsibilities
- Leading and embedding high-quality pedagogical practice across the centre
- Mentoring and coaching educators in programming, planning, and documentation
- Supporting reflective practice aligned to the EYLF and NQS
- Modelling best practice through active involvement on the floor
- Building educator confidence, capability, and consistency
- Working collaboratively with the Centre Manager to uplift educational quality
💛 About You
- Bachelor or Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Strong understanding of pedagogy, programming, and the EYLF
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader (highly regarded)
- Confidence mentoring and supporting educators at different stages of their journey
- A warm, approachable leadership style grounded in trust and respect
