Due to our ongoing expansion, we're seeking an experienced digital specialist to join our team of 5 marketing wizards!

This is a full-time permanent position with WFH options.  

The perfect candidate will oversee diverse facets of digital marketing campaigns spanning across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond. From crafting campaigns to analysing results, this role demands a mix of creativity, technical acumen, and analytical prowess. As the Digital Specialist, you'll be instrumental in elevating our online visibility, boosting conversions, and refining our digital marketing strategies.


Here are the pivotal aspects of your role:

Brand Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Maintain connections with brand monitoring tools, craft insightful dashboards, and deliver monthly social performance reports to track our brand's digital presence effectively.

Email Campaign Coordination:

  • Plan and execute engaging email campaigns using Mailchimp, ensuring punctual delivery and maximising audience engagement.

Automation Workflow Development:

  • Create automation workflows utilising platforms like Zapier, with a focus on streamlining recruitment marketing efforts and enhancing Mailchimp campaigns' efficiency.

Website Content Management:

  • Regularly update website content, including review pages, community management sections, images, centre calendars, and descriptions. Implement SEO best practices to optimize online visibility and ensure the website remains current.

Campaign Execution:

  • Implement and oversee campaigns to maintain consistent branding and drive marketing initiatives through email signatures effectively.

YouTube Video Oversight

  • Take charge of managing the YouTube channel, from uploading videos to optimising metadata, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure our video content resonates with our audience and drives engagement.

Who are you?

You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, coupled with demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly in campaign development and optimisation.

Proficiency in essential digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta and others is essential.

Strong analytical skills are a must, enabling the interpretation of data to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in content creation and social media management is preferred, along with familiarity with SEO best practices and website management.

Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp is essential, while experience with automation tools such as Zapier would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
