Early Childhood Teacher | Fernvale

Journey Early Learning is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Fernvale team in a full-time, Monday to Friday Kindergarten role.

You will lead our Kindergarten program, designing engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s confidence, independence, and readiness for school.

With strong leadership support, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on what matters most—high-quality teaching, meaningful relationships, and creating a calm, enriching learning environment.

🌱 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned to the EYLF
• Create engaging, play-based learning environments
• Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance
  
  

💛 About You

• ACECQA-approved ECT qualification (Bachelor, Master or Grad Dip)
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Experience in a Kindergarten setting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
• Warm, relationship-focused approach to teaching
• Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
