Are you passionate about getting the details right, streamlining processes, and supporting a great employee experience from start to finish? We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and support the full employee life cycle across our 45 early learning centres.

About the Role:

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth, efficient, and compliant HR operations. From managing onboarding and offboarding, to keeping our systems up-to-date and supporting HR projects, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing contracts, system access and documentation for new hires and exiting employees
• Administering our HRIS (Employment Hero), onboarding platforms, and compliance documentation
• Maintaining accurate HR data, managing audit processes and award compliance
• Supporting project tracking and workflow optimisation using Monday.com and JotForm platforms  
• Being the first point of contact for HRIS and contract-related queries
• Supporting HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that align with our broader business goals

About you:

• Proven HR experience, ideally in a childcare, education, or regulated industry
• Hands-on experience with HR tech (especially Employment Hero, Monday.com, JotForm)
• Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and relevant awards
• Excellent organisation and time management across multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication,
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation reporting and employee relations
• Experience streamlining workflows and using automation tools – highly desirable
