Lead Educator | Lucas
Journey Early Learning Lucas is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our welcoming team in our Toddler Room, working Monday to Friday on consistent set shifts throughout the year.
At Journey Early Learning Lucas, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, friendly, and supportive environment where children, families, and educators feel like part of our extended family. Our 95-place centre has been operating for over 10 years, with Journey proudly part of the service for the past 5–6 years.
About the Role:
As Lead Educator in our Toddler Room, you will lead and mentor fellow educators while creating engaging learning experiences that support children’s development, curiosity, and wellbeing. You will work closely with families and your leadership team to deliver high-quality education and care in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

About You:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Previous experience as a Lead Educator or strong experience within a Toddler environment
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for children
• Warm, collaborative, and positive approach to teamwork
