⭐ Permanent Educator - Nursery | Durack Heights

We’re looking for a warm, nurturing, and reliable educator to join our Nursery team at Journey Early Learning Durack Heights in a permanent part‑time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

As a Nursery Educator, you’ll work closely with your team to provide high‑quality care and learning experiences that support each child’s growth and development. You’ll help create a predictable, nurturing environment where routines, relationships, and responsiveness are at the heart of every day.

🌱 Key Responsibilities

• Support a warm, calm, and responsive nursery environment
• Build strong, secure relationships with children and families
• Deliver play‑based experiences that support early development
• Follow consistent routines that support wellbeing and care needs
• Contribute to observations and documentation of children’s development
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain high‑quality practice
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
  
  

💛 About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Experience working with babies or in a nursery setting
• Warm, patient, and responsive approach
• Strong communication skills and team focus
• Reliable and committed to consistency and quality care
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
