About the Role
Journey Early Learning Moe is seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to champion high-quality educational practice across our centre.
In this influential role, you will work closely with the Centre Manager and educator team to guide curriculum development, mentor educators, and foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring our educational programs are engaging, meaningful, and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong early childhood professional who is passionate about pedagogy, leadership, and supporting educators to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support the implementation of high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
• Mentor, coach, and inspire educators to continuously strengthen their practice
• Facilitate critical reflection and professional discussions to drive quality improvement
• Support curriculum planning, documentation, and assessment processes across the centre
• Build educator capability through guidance, modelling, and professional development
• Collaborate with the Centre Manager to achieve quality outcomes and centre goals
• Promote a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Ensure educational practices support positive learning and development outcomes for all children
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
About You
• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience in a leadership, Educational Leader, Lead Educator, or Early Childhood Teacher role
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current early childhood best practice
• Passion for mentoring and developing educator capability
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality outcomes
• Current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications
