Permanent Educator | Nightcliff
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 4:00pm
🌟 About the Role
In this role, you’ll support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences. Working as a float educator, you will support all rooms across the centre, assisting with lunch cover and providing consistency to teams and children.
You’ll work alongside a supportive team to create a calm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to explore.
With set hours from 9am–4pm, this role offers great work‑life balance and consistency in your week.
🌱 Key Responsibilities
- Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Assist with observations and documentation
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care
💛 About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Warm, caring, and relationship‑focused approach
- Reliable and consistent
- Passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
- Strong communication skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- Must have completed National Safeguarding Training
