Lead Educator – Toddler Room | Durack Heights

🌟 About the Role

As a Lead Educator in our Toddler space, you’ll create a warm, engaging environment where children aged 2–3 years feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore. You’ll lead age‑appropriate, play‑based programs, build strong relationships with families, and guide your team to deliver high‑quality practice every day. You’ll also play a key role in shaping daily routines, supporting emotional development, and fostering independence during this exciting stage of learning.

This role is across Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate learning programs
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance
• Observe and document children’s emerging skills, strengths, and development
• Mentor and support educators, fostering a collaborative, positive team culture
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

💛 About You

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Experience leading toddler or early‑years rooms
• Passionate about supporting early development and play‑based learning
• Strong communicator who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates

Our 66‑place Durack Heights centre offers modern indoor and outdoor learning spaces designed to spark creativity and curiosity for children aged six weeks to six years.
