Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Administrator to join our team. Working alongside the Centre Manager, and part of the Leadership team, together you will strive for high quality in all aspects of the service delivery.
🌿 About the Centre
Nestled under some very tall trees, in a quiet street in Riverhills, our 52-place center is a haven for children from nursery to kindergarten. We pride ourselves on a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about crafting a nurturing home away from home for children and their families. You will be guided by an amazing Center Leadership Team and supported to develop as professionals and build your career.
⭐ About the Role
This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity across 3 days per week, totalling 15 hours.
For the right candidate, 2 days may also be considered.
Preferred working days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
As our new Administrator, you will hold a pivotal place in our Centre Leadership Team and support your Centre Manager in the building an exceptional centre.
🌱 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Creating weekly rosters, ensuring that budgets are being met
- Review reports to ensure smart business decisions with your Centre Leadership team
- Dropbox archiving and document management
- Review and collate Google reviews and parent feedback
- Review and report daily attendance records
- Manage maintenance requests
- Event and activity planning and coordination
- Record keeping and compliance
- Credit card reconciliation
- CRM data integrity and analysis
- WHS audits and procedure
💛 About You
You are an experienced Administrator with a strong business acumen, an eye for detail, compliance and the ability to build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- Current and valid Working with Children Check
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role
- Strong experience using CRM systems and managing databases
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams
- Full working rights in Australia
