Casual Educator | Thomastown

We’re building a casual educator pool at our Thomastown centre and are looking for warm, flexible, and enthusiastic educators to support our team. This role offers the perfect mix of flexibility and opportunity of shifts across the week — giving you variety and the chance to build skills across multiple age groups and environments.

As a Casual Educator with Journey, you’ll support daily routines, build positive relationships, and step in where you’re needed most. Each day brings new learning opportunities, new experiences, and a supportive team to welcome you.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support play‑based learning experiences across all age groups
• Assist educators with routines and daily learning environments
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and wellbeing
• Be flexible and responsive across all three centre locations

💛 About You

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma
• Reliable, positive, and confident working across different rooms
• Passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing
• Strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid certificates
