Journey Early Learning Kawana is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our Nursery team in a permanent part-time role (Monday–Friday). You will lead engaging, play-based learning experiences, support educator development, and build strong relationships with families in a safe, inclusive, and high-quality early learning environment.

About Kawana:

Our 151-place, two-building service offers a warm, community-focused environment with 9 rooms and 6 outdoor playgrounds designed for exploration and discovery.

 Your role:

• Lead and deliver engaging play-based programs
• Mentor and support educators
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards
• Oversee Storypark documentation
• Build strong family partnerships
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

 About you:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
• Valid Blue Card
• Experience leading early learning programs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Confident mentoring and teamwork abilities
• Passion for early childhood education
