We’re looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our Tatura centre, where you’ll take ownership of your room, guide your team, and create a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.

🌱 Your Purpose

As a Lead Educator, you will lead the delivery of high-quality education and care, creating a nurturing space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

Working alongside a supportive Centre Leadership Team, you’ll guide educators, lead curriculum, and bring best practice to life every day.

✅ About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• Experience as a Lead Educator or strong experience as a Senior Educator ready to step up
• Solid knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and early learning regulations
• Confident in programming, documentation, and assessment
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
