Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Educator to work within the team supporting the planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, for all children at Journey Early Learning | Delacombe.

Centre Overview:

Journey Early Learning Delacombe is an established, purpose-built center designed to cater to 120 children from birth to five years old. The facility's design is intended to spark imagination and curiosity, creating an inspiring and interactive environment for young learners.

Our Centre Manager, Beth, brings over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector. Her passion lies in delivering a positive learning experience for every child. Beth is dedicated to providing high-quality learning programs that nurture life skills and knowledge, ensuring Delacombe is a place where children, families, and educators feel secure, connected, and supported.

At Delacombe, we foster a team culture rooted in connection, communication, and respect. Beth leads by example, offering ongoing support and growth opportunities for each team member. We are committed to building strong relationships with our neighbors, local schools, businesses, and community organizations, integrating our center seamlessly into the local community.

Who are you?

You are creative and child focussed with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines. You will work as part of the centre team, building strong relationships with Educators, children, and families.

Key skills and requirements:

  • An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher
  • Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines
  • An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific)
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates
