Permanent Childcare Educator | Bendigo

Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Educator to work within the team supporting the planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, for all children in our

- Four-to-Five-year group and 
- Kindy group at Journey Early Learning | Bendigo

This is a Permanent part-time opportunity.

Centre Overview

Journey Early Learning Bendigo South is a warm and welcoming centre that caters for up to 96 children between the ages of six weeks and six years old. With a long-standing team of inclusive and adventurous educators, Bendigo South has strong ties and connections within the local community. 

Our environment has been designed to promote child-led play and learning in both our indoor and outdoor environments. Our large, centrally located kitchen is the perfect place for celebrations, shared meals and interactions with families and children as they enter and leave the centre.  

We are proud to be a tight-knit centre, with most of our families engaging in the frequent social activities that we organise to promote connection.

Who are you?

You are creative and child focussed with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines. You will work as part of the centre team, building strong relationships with Educators, children, and families.

Key skills and requirements:

  • An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher
  • Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines
  • An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific)
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates
