Permanent Educator | Corinda

We’re seeking a warm, adaptable, and confident Permanent Educator to join our Corinda centre in a float position, supporting children and teams across all age groups. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety, builds strong relationships quickly, and brings consistency and calm to every room they support.

🌟 About the Role

In this role, you’ll work across the centre to support daily routines, learning experiences, and team continuity. You’ll step into rooms as needed, building meaningful connections with children across all ages, while supporting educators to deliver engaging, play‑based programs.

Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week offering stability, consistency, and the chance to have a positive impact across the whole centre.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and daily routines across all age groups
• Provide a consistent, nurturing presence within different rooms
• Build respectful relationships with children, families, and educators
• Assist with play‑based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Contribute to observations and documentation as required
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding
• Work collaboratively with teams to support smooth transitions and strong practice
  
  

💛 About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Confident working across multiple age groups
• Flexible, reliable, and team‑focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience using Storypark or similar platforms is an advantage
