đ About the Role
Weâre looking for a passionate and committed Permanent Educator to join our Durack Heights centre. In this role, youâll create meaningful learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture.

This role is across Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week.Â
â Key Responsibilities
- Support engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and educators
- Observe, document, and reflect on childrenâs learning and development
- Contribute to a collaborative, interactive learning environment
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
đ About You
- ACECQAârecognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Passionate about supporting childrenâs learning, wellbeing, and development
- A collaborative team player who communicates openly and respectfully
- Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates

Our Durack Heights centre is a welcoming, communityâfocused service supporting children from six weeks to six years.
