🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and committed Permanent Educator to join our Durack Heights centre. In this role, you’ll create meaningful learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture.

This role is across Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week. 

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Support engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and educators
  • Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning and development
  • Contribute to a collaborative, interactive learning environment
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing at all times

💛 About You

  • ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Passionate about supporting children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
  • A collaborative team player who communicates openly and respectfully
  • Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
