🌱 About the role

As an Educator at Journey Early Learning Moe, you’ll play an important role in creating meaningful learning experiences and nurturing strong relationships with children, families and your team. 
Permanent Part-time opportunity up to 37.5 hours across Monday to Friday. 

You’ll be supported to:

• Deliver play-based, child-led learning aligned to the EYLF
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with a passionate team that values reflection and growth
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

💛 What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who brings both heart and professionalism to their work, and who aligns with Journey’s values.

You’ll have:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• A genuine passion for early learning and child development
• A warm, collaborative approach and strong communication skills
• A commitment to child safety and inclusive practice
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
