Let’s talk about the role!

Due to our ongoing expansion, we're seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead our team of specialists who share our values and goals.

This is a full-time permanent position with WFH options.  

As our Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you'll forge strong connections within our centres and broader support function through strategic recruitment practices, while guiding our team to align with our business recruitment needs.

Here are the pivotal aspects of your role:

• Oversee day-to-day talent operations
• Lead team growth and success through coaching & development
• Analyse and report on recruitment metrics
• Manage preferred supplier agreements and agency relationships
• Manage sourcing platforms, ATS and channels
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to existing processes, systems and workflows
• Execute innovative recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract and retain talent
• Strategically manage talent pipelines and pools
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Who are you?

With a proven track record of 2+ years in recruitment or talent leadership, in either an agency or internal setting, you possess a wealth of experience in mentoring, motivating, data metrics, and strategic recruitment planning.

Your knack for innovative problem-solving fuels your passion for seeing individuals flourish. You're on the lookout for a team that recognises and appreciates your expertise, approach, and positive attitude.

Experience working with PageUp would be advantageous, though not essential.
