About the Role

This is a casual position with flexible availability across Monday to Friday. You'll work collaboratively with your centre team to deliver engaging, play-based learning while supporting the overall wellbeing of children in your care.

In this role, you will:

• Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development
• Assist with program planning, observations, and documentation
• Build trusted relationships with families, children, and colleagues
• Live out Journey’s values in everyday interactions
• Uphold our See, Act, Tell safeguarding framework

About You

You’re calm, motivated, and committed to creating a joyful and safe environment where every child can thrive.

You’ll need:

• Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Valid Working with Children Check (state-specific)
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Previous experience supporting educational programs (preferred)
