Looking for flexibility, variety, and consistent work? Join Journey Early Learning as a Casual Educator supporting our Corinda, Indooroopilly, and Riverhills centres.

🌟 About the Role

As one of our familiar casual educators, you’ll play an important role across three supportive centres, bringing consistency while enjoying variety in your week. You’ll build strong relationships with children and teams, stepping in where you’re needed most and making a meaningful impact each day.

This role offers the best of both worlds: consistent opportunities for shifts with the flexibility of casual work, plus the opportunity to pick up additional hours across our three centres.

🌿 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting children’s learning through play‑based experiences
• Assisting with daily routines across different age groups
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and teams
• Creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments
• Working collaboratively with educators and leadership across centres
  
  

💛 About You

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Warm, reliable, and adaptable
• Confident working across different environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
