Casual Educator | Durack & Durack Heights

🌟 About the Role

We’re building a casual educator pool across our Durack and Durack Heights centres and are looking for warm, flexible, and enthusiastic educators to support our teams. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work across different rooms and age groups, supporting children’s learning and wellbeing each day.

As a Casual Educator at Journey, you’ll be a valued part of the team—stepping in where needed, supporting daily routines, and helping create positive experiences for children, families, and educators.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support engaging learning experiences across a range of age groups
• Provide attentive care and foster a safe, nurturing environment
• Work collaboratively with educators to support daily routines and learning
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
• Be flexible and responsive to centre needs across both locations
  
  

💛 About You

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Comfortable working across different rooms and age groups
• A positive, reliable team player who enjoys variety and flexibility
• Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
• Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
