Casual Educator | Nightcliff

🌟 About the Role

Our Nightcliff team is looking for warm, flexible, and enthusiastic educators to support on a causal basis. This role offers flexibility and the chance to build skills across multiple age groups and environments.

As a Casual Educator with Journey, you’ll support daily routines, build positive relationships, and step in where you’re needed most. Each day brings new learning opportunities, new experiences, and a supportive team to welcome you.

Must have flexible hours, and a minimum of 4 days available per week. 

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support play‑based learning experiences across all age groups
• Assist educators with routines and daily learning environments
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and wellbeing
• Be flexible and responsive across our centre

💛 About You

• Minimum 4 day availability + sector experience
• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Reliable, positive, and confident working across different rooms
• Passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing
• Strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid certificates
