What the role looks like
As our Centre Manager at Burwood, you will:

• Lead, mentor and inspire a passionate team of educators

• Build strong, trusting relationships with families, community partners and your team

• Drive high-quality practice and ensure the centre remains safe, supportive and inclusive

• Oversee staffing, operations and compliance with confidence and care

• Champion safeguarding and uphold Journey’s policies, procedures and child-safe standards

• Create a culture that reflects Journey’s values, vision and commitment to children

What you will bring
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous leadership experience within early childhood education

• A passion for supporting, developing and empowering educators

• Strong knowledge of NQF, compliance and child-safe practices

• The ability to build a positive, collaborative team culture

• Exceptional communication skills and a people-first approach

• A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
