What you’ll be doing
As Centre Manager at Burwood, you will:

• Lead, mentor and inspire your team of educators
• Build trusting relationships with families and the community
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing centre environment
• Oversee rostering, operations, compliance and centre performance
• Champion safeguarding and uphold Journey’s child-safe culture
• Create a positive team culture grounded in trust and support

What you’ll bring
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Leadership experience in early childhood education
• A passion for supporting and growing educators
• Strong knowledge of the NQF and child-safe practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative, people-first approach
• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
