Kitchen Hand | Lucas Rise
Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Kitchen Hand to plan and prepare nutritionally balanced meals and snacks for all children at our Lucas Rise Centre.
This role is 5 hours per day across Monday to Friday | Permanent Part-time.
Who are you?
You’re creative and adventurous in the kitchen, with a genuine passion for nutrition, sustainability and weaving food experiences into the rooms. You’ll work closely with the centre team, building strong relationships with educators, children, and families.
You’ll support our current chef, who prepares meals for up to 114 children each day. This includes assisting with food preparation, plating, washing dishes and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
