Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Educational Leader to lead the pedagogy and curriculum Journey Early Learning | Kyneton

Centre Overview:

Kyneton is a wonderful service with a team of passionate educators who thrive on building exceeding programs focused on each individual child development. Our service is located in Kyneton a community filled with lots of involvement such as the yearly daffodil festival , trips to our local library for lots of learning experiences and the children’s favourite story times, block walks and multiple collections for families in need in the kyneton community. At Journey early learning Kyneton we form strong bonds and connections with our children and families by ensuring we spend lots of quality time with the children and parents to form a strong partnership in your child development. We are child focused and cater all experiences and programs to ensure your child is support during their journey with us.

Who are you?

You are an experienced leader within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector with a strong understanding of compliance, team leadership and demonstrating exceeding levels of practice.

Key skills and requirements:

  • ACECQA Approved Diploma in Children’s Services or bachelor’s degree (Early Education) or, working towards
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • A demonstrated commitment to providing a safe, caring, non-judgemental and supportive environment for all children and their families
  • A demonstrated ability to adhere to and understand the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
  • Demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours while engaging with children
