About the Role

As a Lead Educator at Journey Early Learning Echuca, you’ll inspire curiosity and create meaningful learning experiences for our little adventurers. You’ll lead your room with confidence, collaborate with a passionate team, and ensure every child feels safe, supported, and ready to thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement engaging programs that spark wonder
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Mentor and guide educators to deliver exceptional care
• Maintain compliance and uphold Journey’s high standards

About you

• You hold an ACECQA-recognised Certificate III qualification or higher
• Experienced in leading a room and supporting a team
• Passionate about fostering curiosity and lifelong learning
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative culture
