Lead Educator | Echuca

🌟 About the Role

This is a permanent part‑time opportunity across Monday to Friday 37.5 hours. As our new Lead Educator, you’ll take the lead in developing meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will guide and support children’s learning while also growing your own skills and confidence within the early childhood sector.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑quality Kinder room, promoting curiosity and independence
• Ensure a high standard of health and safety is maintained at all times
• Design and implement learning experiences for children’s developmental programs
• Observe and evaluate children’s individual strengths, interests, and preferences
• Guide and support your team, fostering a collaborative and interactive learning environment
• Build respectful relationships with children, families, and educators

💛 About You

You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion for leading age‑specific programs and daily routines. You value teamwork, communication, and building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

You will bring:

• An ACECQA‑recognised Diploma or Bachelor qualification
• Experience leading and developing age‑specific programs and routines
• A strong understanding of curriculum, observation, and reflective practice
• A collaborative, supportive approach to team development
• A current Working with Children Check
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
