About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging, play-based learning experiences.

Working alongside a passionate team of Early Childhood Educators and Centre Leadership, you'll:

• Develop and implement a high-quality early childhood curriculum
• Plan engaging learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths and needs
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the centre's educational program and practice
• Work collaboratively with educators to create inclusive and engaging learning environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes across the centre

About You

We're looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about children's learning and committed to delivering high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care.

You'll bring:

✔ An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification

✔ Current Queensland Teacher Registration or eligibility for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)

✔ Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications

✔ National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete

✔ Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

✔ A genuine passion for children's learning, development and wellbeing

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ The ability to work collaboratively with Early Childhood Educators and Centre Leadership

✔ A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
