🌟 About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing while working collaboratively with our leadership team and educators.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and implement meaningful educational programs aligned with the EYLF
• Observe, assess and document children's learning and development
• Build strong relationships with children, families and your team
• Foster a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, reflection and continuous improvement
  
  

💛 About You

You're a passionate educator who enjoys inspiring children, building meaningful relationships and continuously developing your teaching practice.

You'll bring:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Completed National Child Safety Training
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education and care
