At Journey Early Learning Caroline Springs, you'll be part of a modern 133-place, purpose-built centre where children are at the heart of everything we do. Our two-level service is home to a fun, close-knit team that values positivity, collaboration, and creating meaningful experiences for every child.

As a newer centre, we're continuing to build something special together. We pride ourselves on fostering strong relationships with children, families, and each other, while embracing the diversity of our community. 💛 What You'll Do

✨ Mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs.
📚 Guide curriculum planning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
🌱 Foster a culture of reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
🤝 Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
📝 Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and contribute to exceeding outcomes.
🌟 Inspire your team through coaching, modelling best practice, and professional development.

🎓 What You'll Bring

✔️ Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
✔️ Current Working with Children Check.
✔️ Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
✔️ Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
✔️ A passion for supporting educators and creating outstanding outcomes for children.
