Educational Leader | Kyneton

🌟 About the Role

We’re seeking a confident, collaborative, and passionate Educational Leader to join our Kyneton centre. In this role, you will guide high‑quality practice, mentor educators, and ensure children remain at the centre of everything we do.

You’ll work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to embed intentional teaching, reflective practice, and meaningful learning experiences across all rooms. This is the perfect opportunity for an educator ready to step into leadership, or an experienced Educational Leader seeking a supportive, community‑focused centre.

This is a permanent part time role across Monday to Friday covering 37.5 hours per week. 

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead pedagogy and curriculum across the centre, aligned with the EYLF
• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen practice and confidence
• Facilitate reflective practice meetings and support documentation
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Support assessment and rating preparation and continuous improvement
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and high‑quality learning environment

💛 About You

You’re a natural leader who’s committed to supporting others. You bring a warm, collaborative approach and a genuine love for early learning.

• ACECQA‑approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
• Experience leading practice or a strong interest in stepping into an EL role
• Deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, and reflective practice
• Confident communicator who values collaboration and team support
• Able to inspire, guide, and uplift educators
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
