Journey Early Learning is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Brisbane Support Office and help bring our brand, centres and family experience to life.

This is a hands-on marketing opportunity where you'll work across content, campaigns, communications, digital marketing and centre support, helping strengthen the Journey brand while supporting our centres to connect with their local communities.

About the Role

Working collaboratively with the Marketing team and our centres, you'll coordinate and deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support enrolments and enhance family engagement.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives across Journey
• Create engaging content across digital and social channels
• Support communications and email marketing activity
• Maintain and update digital marketing platforms
• Partner with centres on local marketing and promotional activity
• Use insights and business priorities to focus marketing activity where it will have the greatest impact
• Work alongside our in-house Graphic Designer to bring campaigns and content to life
• Support centre teams to confidently promote their services

About You

We're looking for a confident Marketing Specialist with around 5 years' marketing experience who can hit the ground running and take ownership across a range of marketing initiatives.

You'll bring:

✔ Experience coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns and initiatives

✔ Strong content creation skills across digital and social channels

✔ Experience with CRM, email marketing, marketing automation and digital platforms

✔ Confidence using Canva and creating or editing marketing materials

✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with different teams and stakeholders

✔ A commercially minded approach and understanding of how marketing can support business outcomes and growth

✔ Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

✔ A proactive, agile approach and confidence working in a fast-paced environment

About the Team

You'll join our Brisbane Support Office and work closely with the Marketing team and centres across Journey, helping turn marketing strategy into practical activity that supports each service and its community.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the Brisbane Support Office each week, with occasional travel to centres when required.
