Our Ballarat East centre is a vibrant 92-place service, caring for children from nursery through to kindergarten. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

Our team is passionate about building strong relationships with children, families, and each other. We focus on creating engaging learning environments that inspire curiosity, play, and development, while supporting each educator’s individual strengths and growth.

⭐ About the Role

As an Educator, you’ll be an active part of the team—supporting children’s learning, contributing to programming, and helping to create a positive and inclusive environment.

We’re open to both Cert III and Diploma qualified educators who are enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to contribute to a strong team culture.

• Supporting the planning and implementation of engaging learning experiences
• Building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality care and education
• Supporting children’s wellbeing, development, and daily routines

💛 About You

• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
• Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (or willingness to learn)
