We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and dedicated Permanent Educator to join our team at Journey Early Learning Delacombe. In this role, you’ll create engaging, play-based experiences that support children as they explore, discover, and grow with confidence.

You’ll build strong relationships with children and families, support consistent routines, and work alongside a supportive Centre Leadership Team that will guide your development and success.

This role is based in our 120-place centre, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for all children
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team
• Observe and document children’s learning and development
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
• Support routines that promote independence and confidence

💛 About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Experience working with early years age groups
• Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
• A positive communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Committed to continuous learning and reflective practice
• Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
