🌟 About the Role

As an Educator at Journey Nightcliff, you’ll work alongside a supportive team to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for toddlers. You’ll support children’s learning and development through play‑based experiences, helping them build confidence, independence, and social skills while fostering a strong sense of belonging.

This is a permanent part‑time role, Monday to Friday, offering stability, consistency, and opportunities to grow within a values‑driven organisation.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Build caring, respectful relationships with children and families
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to observations, documentation, and reflective practice
• Support children's development, wellbeing, and growing independence
• Work collaboratively with educators and leadership to support quality outcomes
• Uphold health, safety, and safeguarding practices at all times

💛 About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Understanding of child development and play‑based learning
• Warm, caring, and relationship‑focused approach
• Positive, reliable, and team‑focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
