• Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Work collaboratively with your room leader and team
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Contribute to positive daily routines and experiences for children
• Build strong connections with children and families

🌱 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and implementation of high-quality learning programs
• Facilitate play-based learning aligned with children’s interests and development
• Observe and document children’s learning and progression
• Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive environment
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture

💛 Who are you?

• Passionate about early childhood education and care
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Hold a current Working with Children Check
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Reliable, positive and eager to learn and grow
