We’re looking for a passionate and committed Permanent Educator to join our St Albans centre. In this role, you’ll support meaningful learning experiences, nurture strong relationships with children and families, and be part of a warm, community‑focused team.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week. 

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Support engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned to the EYLF
  • Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Observe, document, and reflect on children’s development
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing

💛 About You

  • ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
  • Passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
  • A positive communicator who enjoys being part of a team
  • Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
