About the role
Journey Early Learning Tatura is seeking a Permanent Educator to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a connected, values-led centre where educators are supported, trusted and encouraged to grow.

You’ll contribute to a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment, working alongside a supportive leadership team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. We are looking for someone who brings warmth, reliability and a genuine passion for working with children.

Key responsibilities
• Support the delivery of play-based learning aligned to the EYLF
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with your room team on planning and documentation
• Follow safeguarding, compliance and centre practices
• Participate in reflective practice and continuous improvement

About you
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Experience working in an early learning environment (desirable)
• Warm, reliable and team-focused approach
• Understanding of EYLF and child-led learning principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
