Educational Leader | Echuca 

Permanent Full-time, Monday to Friday.
$33-$45 + EL allowance + EWRP + Super (based on experience)

🌟 About the Role

We’re seeking a confident, collaborative, and passionate Educational Leader to join our Echuca centre in a shared Educational Leader role across our 171‑place service. In this role, you’ll guide high‑quality practice, mentor educators, and ensure children remain at the centre of everything we do.

You’ll work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to embed intentional teaching, reflective practice, and meaningful learning experiences across all rooms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Educational Leader ready to step into leadership within a supportive, well‑established centre.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead pedagogy and curriculum across the service, aligned with the EYLF
• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen practice and confidence
• Facilitate reflective practice meetings and support documentation
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Support assessment and rating preparation and continuous improvement
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and high‑quality learning environment

You’re a natural leader who’s committed to supporting others. You bring a warm, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for early learning.

• ACECQA‑approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
• Experience leading practice or a strong interest in stepping into an Educational Leader role
• Deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, and reflective practice
• Confident communicator who values collaboration and team support
• Able to inspire, guide, and uplift educators
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
