Early Childhood Teacher | Journey Early Learning Sebastopol

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm and welcoming team at Journey Early Learning | Sebastopol. In this role, you'll lead the development and delivery of an engaging kindergarten program that supports children’s learning and lays the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity.

This is a permanent fulltime position across Monday to Friday in our Pre-Kindy room.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement high-quality, play-based educational programs
• Create environments that foster learning, curiosity, and emotional development
• Observe and document children’s progress
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and the local community
• Collaborate closely with a passionate and supportive team
• Contribute to community projects and events

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
• Confidence using digital tools to support planning and documentation
